A Tale Of Two Goblins An Urban Fantasy/ Paranormal Romance Series Dulcie O'Neil Book 2 edition by HP Mallory Romance eBooks
That would be my only criticism about both of her series - this one and the Jolie Wilkins one. They just aren't long enough. Of course even if they were twice as long it would leave me wanting more. They are a fun read with spunky heroins and gorgeous men, and upon completing the books I can't wait for the next one to come out so I can find out what happens next. Even though both series are urban fantasy/paranormal romance's they are uniquely entertaining. I find with a lot of the paranormal romance writers these days they seem to take the same plot and just insert new names and do minor rewriting of circumstances to produce the next book. Which gets really boring in a hurry. With H.P. Mallory you don't get that at all. Each series has very unique characters and fresh plots. Very entertaining.Tags : A Tale Of Two Goblins: An Urban Fantasy/ Paranormal Romance Series (Dulcie O'Neil Book 2) - Kindle edition by H.P. Mallory. Romance Kindle eBooks @ Amazon.com.,ebook,H.P. A Tale Of Two Goblins An Urban Fantasy/ Paranormal Romance Series Dulcie O'Neil Book 2 edition by HP Mallory Romance eBooks Reviews
Summary
It's been a couple of months since Dulcie left the A.N.C., she has completed her first Paranormal Romance Novel and is even getting a few nibbles from agents. Life has been pretty good, if not a little boring. When Knight shows up at her door looking just as delectable as the last time she saw him she knew trouble would soon follow. As it turns out people from Dulcie's past are ending up in a coma, or worse, dead. A Dreamstalker is suspected but they are not sure how the victims are falling into the grand scheme of things. When Dulcie's best friend in the world goes into a coma she now knows its personal and is willing to take any measure she can even to her own health's determent to save her friend. Knight and Dulcie have to work closely together as danger looms all around her...
Review
I really enjoyed this book, there is a certain vulnerability to Dulcie in this book and the lengths she goes to, to help her friend are admirable if not more than a little dangerous. The concept of lucid dreaming has always intrigued me and I really like how H.P. Mallory incorporated it into this novel. It's not something you see often if ever in novels. Dulcie as always kicks major booty and she is not a female that needs a man to save her, it's more likely she would be the one to do the saving. Knight is still Knight, Le Sigh! I want him! Give him to ME! At the end of this book you will immediately be thinking when's the next one out? I want to know what happens! Ladies you are in luck, the next installment of this series is due out that the end of the month. I know I will be ordering it as soon as it comes out! This series is funny, sexy and refreshing.
H.P. Mallory's books are a great antidote to concerns and worries about the ills of the world. They are really fun reading, abounding with beautiful, sexy supernatural creatures of all kinds doing exciting, dangerous things while lusting after each other and occasionally indulging. I enjoy the way she places her characters in today's world, interacting with all of the current gadgets, popular music, and cultural artifacts. Her stories are juicy, entertaining escapes from the real world.

What I love about this book is its flow, there's not one point where I stop and think "Oh, that could have been written better," or "the word 'and' should be before, not after that word." There's none of that sort of thing at all, and if there is, then I missed it because I was too busy turning the pages to find out what happened next!
The characters what's not to love about her characters, even the 'bad guys' you just gotta love the way HP puts her characters together, and some of them are just plain HOT!
What I didn't like, is the fact that the book ENDS! Dag nabbit! I want more, and I want it now!
HP is definately my all-time favourite author for Urban Paranormal Fantasy!
The only other thing I'd like to say is Bring It On Ms Mallory, more please, and a big serving of Thank you with that too!
Another excellent book by H.P. Mallory and a great sequel in the Dulcie O'Neil series.
I really do enjoy the grittiness of this series. The language that is used, the stories that are told, the seedy underbelly of crime... Dulcie may be a Fairy but she is one bad ass Fairy that can kick your butt if needed. The characters have flaws and are not perfect and it is nice to see those cracks in the surface every now and again. H.P. has found a way to blend all of the above with just enough sexual tension and humor to make for some outstanding books.
Oh.. and what an ending?!? Talk about being left high and dry wanting more. Thankfully I can immediately start the next book in the series which is Great Hexpectations because if I had to wait after that steamy scene to see what happens next I would be very sad.
As always, I very strongly recommend anything by H.P. Mallory, she has turned into one of my favorite authors in a very short time frame. Her books are such a fun to read and truly do leave you craving more.
